Course Info: Swim Course: 1,000 meter (1K) swim-20 laps in the Salida Hot Springs Aquatic Center. (Indoor heated pool, 25 meters in length.) ~ ~ Bike Course: 25 mile (40K) ride- 2 loops on county roads and state highways. (Road bikes recommended) ~ ~ Run Course: 6.2 mile (10K) run- Out and back along trail system, dirt roads and hills

Directions To Race: Heart of the Rockies along Highway 50 in Central Colorado.
