For the past 9 years, Arizona Road Racers, the largest and oldest non-profit running club in the state, has produced this small, runner-friendly race which begins and ends at Riverboat Acres. Awards which are provided three deep in age-group categories, reflect the artistic influence of these communities on the Southwest.

The Desert Classic features a marathon, half marathon and 2-mile fun run. Starting at sunrise, the race is ChampionChip timed to ensure accuracy.

So get out of the cold and come to sunny Arizona in February to enjoy your next marathon.
