Triathlon: Swim 1000 meters, Bike 18.6 miles, Run 6.2 miles

Duathlon: Run 2 miles, Bike 18.6 miles, Run 6.2 miles

Time: Opening ceremony and pre-race briefing begins at 7:15 a.m. The race begins with the swim event at 8:00 a.m.

Price: pre-registration entry fee is $30 (65 for teams) or $35 (70 for teams) on the day of the race which includes a free T-shirt for the first 100 entrants.

Directions To Race: Fort Rucker is about 90 miles South of Montgomery, AL; 30 miles Northwest of Dothan, and 100 miles North of the Florida Gulf Coast. It is bordered by the communities of Enterprise to the West, Daleville to the South, and Ozark to the East. An excellent road network makes it easy to get to the post from any direction. Entry to the post is through three main gates; Ozark, Daleville, Enterprise Gates. See Map. There will be detailed maps to the West Beach area available at each of the three gates onto Fort Rucker.
