Races will be a slightly different format than in previous years, so read carefully!

Race distances: 500 yard pool swim, approx 7.5 mile non-technical MTB, approx 2.5 mile trail run

The races are in Colorado Springs, at the Cheyenne Mountain High School(swim) and in Bear Creek Park between 8th and 21st st (Bike and Run)

Each race will be limited to 200 athletes, so register early!
