Course Info:

Race the Rock. Start with a half mile swim in Lone Lake on South Whidbey Island. Leaving Lone Lake on your bike, begin the 19.5 mile ride through paved county roads. The bike course is hilly but views of Saratoga Passage and the North cascades. Finish with a 3.8 mile run through the trails at Community Park.

Directions To Race:

Take a Ferry ride to Whidbey Island. Scenic course. Friendly volunteers. Well organized. Great first triathlon. Enjoy Community Park with its covered picnic shelter and barbecues, Castle Park playground (1,300 sq. ft. wooden play structure), brand new >Skate/Bike Park and miles of trails.

Whidbey Island is in western Washington, 30 miles north of Seattle
