Times

• Full & Half-marathon: 9:30 a.m. 10 mile, 10K, 5K & 1 mile: 9:40 a.m.
• Duathlon: 1:30 pm. Packet pickup for the runs starts at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 9:15 a.m. For the duathlon it starts at Noon and goes until 1:15 p.m.

1 mile run, 11.5 mile bike, 1 mile run RUNS: 26.2 13.1, 10, 10k, 5k & 1 mile

Course

• RUN course: All courses are out and back with some hills but nothing big, the majority of the course is flat. There will be aide stations every 1/2 to 2 miles with water, gatorade and food/gel packets. All miles will be marked and the course is accurate.
• DUATHLON: BIKE: Out and back on scenic, paved, country roads with some rolling hills but nothing big. BOTH RUNS: Out and back all flat inside the park on pavement. Course is perfect for beginners or veterans!!!!
