Bishop High Sierra 50

The three races are mainly on 4-wheel drive fire roads, with a 1-mile paved section in the 50-mile race. There are well-stocked aid-stations every 2 to 5 miles, with electrolyte drinks, fruit, snacks and some surprises. Emergency medical support, Search and Rescue, and Ham Radio personnel help support the runners ? please let them know they are appreciated. Upon finishing your run, enjoy the shade of the Millpond, a refreshing cold shower, cold drinks, snacks, hot soup, baked potatoes, salad, bread rolls, awards, photo pick-up and drop bag return.
